The uhh super pills mod (definitely a trustable pill nothing suspicious at alll heheheh)

This mod adds uh so to speak adds super pills to the game. so you can give your minecraft character some not so trustable roids so to speak that give you superhuman effects the 6 pills each do something different. The armor pill makes you tough and nearly invincible but impares your vision. The healing pill provides instant health and regenerating health for a minuete or so. The super strength pill makes your fists the most powerful thing in the world and gives no side effect. The super speed pill makes you run super fast the side effect is a very stretched field of view. The super jump pill allows you to jump extremely high the side effect causes the screen to zoom in a little bit. And finally we have the super pill. The super pill has a toned down version of everything stated above and is the most valuable because it needs diamonds to be crafted. Each pill consists of one pill dependent ingredient such as meat or glowstone dust. But all pills have sugar in them. So maybe you just cant handle your sugar and it does weird things for you. Either way this mod is fairly interesting and definitely worth checking out
